New behind the scenes photo! Johnny and director Ciro Guerra during the filming of “Waiting for the Barbarians” last year in Morocco.
“Johnny and Mark (Rylance) were happy to share (experiences).
One raised the level of the other, as in an unspoken competition within what
they were raising. It was very impressive to see these artists of huge magnitude
on stage, to see these artists at the top of their art.” – Ciro Guerra about working with an a-list cast on today’s interview for the Colombian site “El Tiempo”.
“Behind the scenes set goofing off. What an absolute pleasure to work with such a great actor and human being. One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.” – wrote
Robert Henley Starr on Instagram.
The photo was taking during the filming of “City of Lies” in January 2017. Another actor had posted another photo taken on the same place and date, last year. In this movie, Robert is credited as “EMT Robert McGinnis”
“I asked someone special to send me her art that I fell in love with to give it to some one special cause we love Elephants 🐘 ❤️❤️ Thank you so much for an amazing gift and as I knew he loved it and he fell in love with your art. 🥰🥰 Love you my Angel,
Manuela Lecis (Italian artist)” wrote Emma Jeffery (Japanese/English/Spanish interpreter for “Minamata” and Hollywood Vampires) who gave the gift to him.
The photo was taken during the final days of filming for “Minamata” in Montenegro, and seems to have been on the same day of the other photos she posted last March 18 and 19.
Talking about elephants, yeah, Johnny also loves to paint them. Watch THIS VIDEO and check the gift he gave to Ellen Degeneres, in 2017.
“- My patient. Something bothered him on the filming of the movie ‘Minamata’" – Dr. Renata.
After finish a filming for “Minamata” in
Tivat, Montenegro, Johnny felt something bothering in his neck and the crew
production called the physiotherapist, Renata Bergam-Grandis, head of a
Hospital in a close city and also aunt of a famous local actress, for a medical
appointment. After that, Renata immobilized his neck with a bandage and had to
sign a confidentiality agreement to not speak publicly about the appointment, but by the photo we can see that he’s ok.
So, there’s two things that’s really important
to know: Almost all the actors suffers some pain after a long day of filming, and a there’s thousands of reasons for the pain, and most of them is due to posture. Also, we have to remember that his character is a photographer, and we could see that in some photos he had his camera around his neck. This pain he must had felt it’s quite common in photographers, and with the time and care will be cured. The other thing is the confidentiality agreement. Johnny is finally recovering of a four year of drama and tabloids, and we all know how he hates this. It’s also really common this type of confidentiality between doctors and patients. There’s no need to tell everyone what happened during an appointment and also it avoids people to make up stories or worry fans, like that time when Johnny had an appointment with a cardiologist in France.
